Our Story
Prenosil Concrete has proudly served Des Moines and surrounding communities since 1983. The business was founded by Terry and Claudine Prenosil after Terry’s years of experience working for Claudine’s father. When her father retired, Terry and Claudine saw an opportunity to carry on the legacy while building something of their own. With Terry’s strong work ethic, background as a U.S. veteran, and a passion for serving the community, Prenosil Concrete was born out of dedication, experience, and a desire to deliver reliable, high-quality concrete services to Central Iowa.
Today, Prenosil Concrete is operated by their son, Chad Prenosil, who continues the family tradition of excellence. Chad brings hands-on experience, deep industry knowledge, and the same commitment to quality and integrity that has defined the company for over 40 years.
